We got started on what will be a really wild looking tenor today.  the back and sides will be this spalted Sycamore sent to me by Jon Dale of Jupiter Ukuleles in Philadelphia.  This wood, paired with an ornate 'Bear Claw Sitka Spruce soundboard  will be really wild.

If you think the back is crazy try the sides

Heres the full length

We got the neck attached to the soundboard on Stu's baritone.  This has got to go on straight !!!!

The see through plastic ruler is laid over the gluing caul holding the two pieces together

Here is a better picture of the plastic caul tacked to the soundboard and through into the neck holding everything in the straight position.

glue is applied and the two are clamped firmly together.
