I have some very flamboyant East Indian Rosewood, A book matched set that I can cut two tenor sized back from and two soprano backs. How to cut it is surely a challenge. Take a look.

Heres the sanding block that does the job. a 12 foot radius gives the fret board a finger friendly feel
 a pencil mark across the board will indicate progress as it gets sanded away |  When the shell dots get sanded you know you are getting close to finished. |
