Each of the three ukuleles I have started require twelve tone bars and three back braces, That requires a lot of whittling.
Each tone bar must have a little notch cut in it to fit over the bridge patch and be glued to it.
I cut the notches by passing each tone bar through the table saw several times. Quite safe to do if you use a sled. Don't try it free hand.
This photo shows eight of the tone bars shaped and sanded, ready to be installed. That will happen tomorrow probably.
