The assembly of Stuart Fuchs's tenor is going well. The sides are on and anchored by the sound board tentalones, the upper tentalones are installed and awaiting the back. Tomorrow I will cut in the side sound port and possibly get that back on.
While the glue for the tentalones was drying I turned to installing the frets. First you cut them, then you tap them in with a little glue and seat them with the arbor press.
before long I had them installed. Now off to a Labor Day block party. Going to take a bunch of ukes as we normally have a bit of a sing-a-long and some uke lessons at the picnic. I will take great strides tomorrow.
