IT STARTS with careful measuring and marking the shapes of the sides. Measure and mark and then measure again. finally it is time to take them to the table saw
Cutting the bevels on the top of the side is easy with this "shooting sled" that runs in the groove of the saw.
Now into the bender after a spritz of water and wrapping in parchment paper. | 
Parchment paper withstands temperatures up to 400 degrees. Now with the first bend complete I take it out of the dis-assembled bender and prepare for the next side |
Peel back the paper and this is what you see, a nice clean bend
Whew !, All of this rosewood is bent. Kind of relieved.
