First thing is to shape these necks. They need a lot of thinning with rasps

I have a record of what I think are ideal neck measurements at various frets. This devi is how I check on how close I am getting to the ideal. This neck is still too thick at the nut. A little more scraping and sanding needed.
But I am getting eager, Lets put a little glue on and attach the peg head plate and make this really look like a Pinecone.

So here they are, all clamped up. Tomorrow we will have Pinecones on the workbench.
