AFTER AN INTENSE SIX WEEKS of work "Treasures from the Trunk", "the J.J. Donovan Story"  is mounted in Bellingham's Old City Hall Museum.  We had a wonderful weekend of family events with 38 descendants who came from all over the country for the big event.
Finally I can get back into the workshop.  Today I worked on ukuleles for the first time in a month.  Got the fretboards glued to the necks of the three concerts.
Here is one wall of the museum exhibit.

Here is the Old City Hall Museum built in 1892.  A great Bellingham Icon.  In front we are displaying a 1914 Detroit Electric Auto like the one that Clara Donovan owned.

And at last, here are the concerts that are going to get a lot of attention now.  Really nice to get back to the quiet and order of the workshop.
