MADE SOME PROGRESS today. I cut the slots in the fretboards, sanded in the radius curve, and cut them to their tapered shape. Now the ukes began to take on the long slim graceful look. I still must cut the proper shape around the sound hole put in the mother of pearl dots and then install the Ivo gold frets.

Just set up the fretboard where you want it clamp it down and push the sled through the saw blade. Bingo, your angle is cut.
