I have once again, run out of those crucial connectors between the sides and the top and bottom of instruments,  the crucial pieces that hold every instrument together, the Tentelones.

I make them out of Basswood. a stable soft wood that is easy to cut and bend.  here is the bandsaw jig I devised to cut the slots which allow it to bend.  It is powered by two rubber bands.  Low tech but effective.

And here is the raw product, cut on the bandsaw and ready to be trimmed and sanded.  It took me about 15 minutes to cut these.  A nice thing to do when you have nothing else to do in the workshop.

Then, with an exacto blade, you slice the diagonal and get ready for a little sanding.

After a little sanding, here is the final product ready to include in a ukulele.
