Making some progress reducing the build list. I got Olga's tenor strung up today, Bill's yesterday. Take a look at these new babies. They both sound great,
This is Bill's , East Indian Rosewood body, Western Red Cedar soundboard.

And here is Olga's tenor, East Indian rosewood and Bearclaw Sitka Spruce soundboard.

Both of these tenors received MiSi pickups. I install them after the strings are on. It's an interesting process.
Carefully marking the center of the back strip, I drill a small pilot hole through the butt block
Now it is time for the step drill and the big hole.
And it is a big one. A full half inch.
All went well, Got the strings back on and tested it with the Amplifier.
Perfect! loud and balanced.
