This tenor is progressing nicely.
Picture
I almost forgot to burn my name, year built and the instrument number into the neck piece.  I clamped it here so I could get easy access.
Picture
The label might get lost, but this is permanent.

Lets install the sides.  I had bent them weeks ago when bending the sides for #100.
Picture
They are placed on the assembly jig and carefully fitted and cut to the proper length.
Picture
The back joint is taped together and then the front ends inserted in the slots in the neck.
Picture
Glue is applied to the butt block, and the bottom edge of each side.
Picture
And using this curved caul and clamps, the back seam is clamped to the butt block.
Picture
Now push it into shape with the wings on the jig, and clamp the sides down hard to the soundboard.
Picture
You can't have too many clamps.  I will leave it this way over night.
