And a productive day. The black epoxy has hardened and I sanded it down flush and then polished it up to 12,000 grit. The detail shown is incredible. When the epoxy cures a bit longer I will apply some wax which will darken it further.-- looking good. I am pleased.
Got the frets installed this afternoon and tomorrow will join the fretboard with the instrument.
next, the binding for Mo's baritone got dampened in the sink and then bent on the hot pipe.
sorry about the dirty sink in the shop, but it does tough work. and after bending the results were great.
And now the bindings are glued on and held in place by the orange tape until the glue sets.
