French Polish is really just shellac dissolved in alcohol, and I needed to replenish my supply.
Here are the ingredients, one ounce of flake shellac and eight ounces of pure alcohol.
Mix them into a bottle of some sort and stir or shake once in a while to aide the dissolving process.
In abou 24 hours the shellac will be dissolved and you can began the laborious French Polish process. It takes time and a lot of work but provides the best finish acoustically.
