Keith drove up from Bremerton today to pick up his new tenor, an East Indian Rosewood/Spruce beauty. So much fun to deliver a new ukulele in the workshop. We had a fun visit. Enjoy Keith.
And then it was back to work. The bindings are now glued on and the tape must be removed. Rick's 2nd uke has its neck glued to the soundboard and it is time to attach its sides.
Now the bindings must be trimmed dow flush and sanded, any gaps filled, the sides scraped and sanded flush. This is kind of a fun job and quite satisfying.
Now the end piece must be fitted in its gap after cutting out the trim top and bottom and inserting trim on both sides
