TO MY DELIGHT-my idea of yesterday works. I took a scrap piece of Koa and drilled a bunch of holes in it, then I used my new tool and incised circular cuts in the Koa strip. once I had done that I turned it over and ran the strip through my thickness sander again and again until I had reached the depth of the cuts. and VOILA!, out fell tiny little wooden "washers" just right for inlaying around the tuners as they protrude from the Peg Head plate.
