About 5:00 at the end of the days labors in the workshop, I like to bring the ukes I am working on up to the living room for inspection of the days progress.

Mixed up another batch of French Polish yesterday. Pretty simple. Put 1 ounce of shellac flakes in a jar and poured in 8 ounces of alcohol, let sit for 25 hours or until the shellac is entirely diluted . You then have enough dilute shellac for several dozen ukuleles.
