I HAVE BEEN CURIOUS AND A LITTLE CONCERNED about the humidity levels in Hawaii and what they meant for ukuleles moved between my home in Bellingham Washington and this climate in Hawaii. I have been surprised. The humidity in my workshop in Bellingham was 38% the day I left. As I write here on Maui with the doors open to the atmosphere the humidity is only 51% It was a bit higher a few days ago when rain was spitting, but only up to 58% I am not going to worry about humidity here any longer. My uke seems to be very happy in Hawaii.
