I AM GOING TO FINISH THIS BOOK and so I did not enter the workshop today- but another day or two and I will have it to my editing friend and I will be starting a new build. Meanwhile!
This book starts with the great glacier that covered this land, moves on to the Spanish exploration, and brings you up to today. Here is a wonderful watercolor painting of the Santa Saturnina the first ship, carrying the first white men to enter Bellingham Bay. Our Post Point is depicted off the stern of the ship. Bellingham is home to a nationaly respected and acclaimed marine artist Steve Mayo. this is one of his latest paintings.
