All the braces were trimmed to proper length and the shapes refined and adjusted when needed.  The circular hole braces were glued on and shaped and contoured

The labels were completed and glued on, center strip braces attached to the back joints and but blocks shaped and contoured.  Here are all of the parts including the yet unbent sides.

Now it is time to shape the necks

The spokeshave is a marvelous tool,  A little plane with wings..

A good sharp chisel does some of the work.

Followed by a modern curved. rasp..  This neck will soon be ready for the bow sander- but first we have to fit it to the soundboard.
