The Bellingham Ukulele Group, better known as BUG began its new season Saturday with a rollicking strummin and singing session at St. James Presbyterian Church on 14th St. We were all happy to get going again after the summer hiatus. About 70 strong led by Terry Poth and Gail McDonald BUG is alive and well. I sat beside Patrick Madsen and I was impressed with how shiny and bright his two Griffin tenors were looking. Upon my asking Pat told me he was using the very product that I had recommended some time ago, Meguiar's mirror glaze show car glaze. I had forgotten to use it on recent ukes after the French Polish is finished. I intend to mend my ways. It really makes the luster of French Polish enrichen. Probably protects quite well too. You can get it at any auto supply store.
