It's time to put the back on this wild instrument.  First I need to mark where the brace notches must be cut- so I clamp the top in the position I want and look at the sides.

There are the ends of the braces very visible.  Lets mark where they cross the body, with a lead pencil

Now clearly mark where you want to cut the notch.  That lower mark looks off but it isn't, just the camera angle.

Now with the tiny Dremel router, cut the channels

Ah!  it fits just right,  The brace ends pop right into the newly cut slots.  Lets get the glue and clamps out

And here it is, all glued and clamped.  This wild Cocobolo is going to make a mighty showy instrument.
