Here are all the braces and tone bars it takes for three tenors. First I rip fine grain spruce to 1/4 inch wide, then measure and mark and saw to length each piece. Then I rough them out on the band saw, followed by some serious whittling and sanding
Here they are laid on their respective back or top-ready to be glued into place. I will take my time getting them glued. as they go into the go bar deck two at a time. The spruce I used is extremely tight grained and nice looking. These tenors are coming along really well.
