THIS SUNNY MORNING (aren't they all), we headed for the "upCountry" half way up the slope of the great volcano Haleakala. In the cooler air at 3,000 ft a perfect vegetable growing climate exists. We went for the fascinating tour and lunch at the O'o farm where we wandered through the garden picking our own lunch. All a very organic, earthy sort of adventure that we enjoyed very much.
