HOW LUCKY ARE WE ? to live about half a block from this delightful five or six acre little forest park just filled with second growth Douglas Firs. This land was logged in about 1890 and the land set aside for park or school property by the then city of Fairhaven. Now it is a woodland treasure in the center of the city. We walk this trail most evenings after dinner. How lucky are we?
