A LITTLE HELP TODAY!

Delrene is eager to get her new uke and she wanted to have a hand in its making- so today she came to the shop and did some of the finish sanding.  I think I will be teaching her how to French Polish soon.

I emphasized that your eye might not be able to see the ridges and rough spots but your finger can tell.  I think she is checking her work here.

I liked this baritone that I made for Ron so much, that I decided to make another Kasha baritone, maybe I will get to keep it and play it a little longer. Selling these babies is like selling your kids.

So here is the Walnut neck getting some final shaping.  The Bubinga back and sides are seen in the background.  I think tomorrow I will try my first Bubinga bend.  Wish me luck.
