I have had several requests for the plans for this clever stand. firstly, it was not my idea, I copied someone else's idea. so I will include a photo with a yard stick and wish all you copiers good luck,
I have used 3/4 inch plywood because I have a source for free wood. It would probably be better with 5/8ths thick wood. The 3/4 wood is a little chunky.
