A BUSY WORK TABLE

As usual, the work table is filled with the current projects.  Here are three tenors being prepared for boxing up (putting on the backs).  An Indian Rosewood, spalted Sycamore, and fiddleback maple side by side.

The sycamore comes first.  Note the notches cut to accept the back braces

And here comes the glue

And then clamp it tight all around and this baby is boxed.

Before boxing them up you must remember to install the side sound ports and the patch behind them.  Here they are, ready for sanding flush.

The sound ports are installed with the help of the trusty Dremel tool, To open the hole and also to fit the port oval using a small sanding disk.
