These fine grain pieces of Sitka Spruce will become the tone bars of tenor uke #273. They will be carved into proper shape as dictated by the Kasha bracing system, then glued to the underside of the soundboard.
They are placed in their proper position on the Western Red Cedar soundboard awaiting the whittling .
